Title: Turbo Cider

Pop down to your ocal Lidl/Aldi for 5 ltres of apple juice ( check no preservatives) put down that chocolate and get the apple juice into a DJ with activated yeast - turbo yeast can be found on line - extra nutrients I think :roll:

Leave to ferment somewhere warm as normal. After a few weeks dig it out of the airing cupboard.

Personally I like a slight fizz so I bottled with half tspn sugar in the ubiquitous Groslch bottles and left again. 8)

Left that long because of the state of the airing cupboard - always a few different wines on the go 8)

Hmm- just my opinion y'all understand but I find a decent Cider kit like Samson a lot better Turbo cider is a bit like white lightning all power no taste to me  but everyone to their own BTW I've made both so it's not hearsay.

Hmm maybe I shouldn't type an drink I meant Cider not Larger
