Title: High Juice
Post by: fallen angel on September 30, 2015, 15:01
Hi guys I have bought some morrisons High juice in a few flavours and wondered if I could use it for homebrew? The ingredients for one are as follows

Apple juice from concentrate (50%), water, sugar, flavouring (contains elderflower), acid (malic acid) preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite).

If so could someone advise me how please?

Many thanks.

The preservatives might stop it from working

I used to use white or red grape juice with different fruit juices.

Even cheaper is using apples from the fruit tree or elderberry at the moment.

I have C J J Berry First Steps in winemaking £2.81 on Amazon or £1.98 Abebooks  wine for every month

going to try tea wine next  after apples are done
