Need defrosting?

Need defrosting?

 Hello, I“m new to freezing vegs.. my question is, after blanching&freezing, is it better to defrost thoroughly for eating or do we need to use them strainght from the freezer

I use straight from the freezer.

snap, but be careful they don't need much cooking, cos the blanching did some of that :)

Me too.  And Mum's right - arent they (annoyingly) always right???   ;)  - they are more than part cooked, so take it gentle till you get the timing right.  With beans you really are just heating through.
