ive just made apple and ginger jam

I'm impressed really, it's amazing how much more free time there is to do what you want to do when you don't have to answer to someone else.  Even when hubby was in hospital for a few days, I was so much more organised and did a lot more of what I wanted.

well it set! so im a happy bunny!  made up 3 full jars and 1  half full/empty

i may give that a go when i get into things a little more, but yes the bug has landed!  

i keep looking through books to see what i think i  could make so i know what to buy to plant

am i ment to leave jam for a while like chutney etc?
