I was looking at the James Wong collection and spotted some interesting ones.

So has anyone grown sweetcorn Mirai white, or tomatoes Baby Boomer or Rosella.

Any opinions, good or bad, would be appreciated.

I love the Rosella toms and have grown them now, for about 4 years. Lovely 'sharp' rather than too sweet, tomato taste, if that's what you prefer 
Last year, for the first time (due to the weather I think?) they had tough skins - so hope they don't do that again.

They are available at several suppliers. Some list them as an F1 variety, others do not.  Will you be able to save seed?

The seed companies are very naughty because they say it is when it really isn't - because they want you to buy more seeds.
Gourmet Genetics, who bred it say

Breeding objectives were focused on the amateur market, where there is a real need for modern, high quality open pollinated varieties.

This means you can save seeds, but they can, theoretically, be cross-pollinated by others varieties , but in reality, most tomato flowers self-pollinate, the exceptions being the large flowered beefsteak-style varieties.

There are only 2 of us, so a packet would probably last 3/4 years! But yes I could save seed.

I think they are an F1 hybrid, so leftovers from last year's packet are probably OK, but seeds from your fruits might not be true to form.
