My beetroot crisps are fab i would have taken a pic but so far four trays have come out and not one has made it into the waiting bowl.  ::) easy to do and tasty. Yummmy  :wub:

Back to the beetroot.  I have never made beetroot wine myself, Brian never leaves enough for me to try it, but I do have a recipe somewhere I think!  :) :)

I've done carrot and parsnip crisps, but not beetroot.  Once I get some decent beets I will have a try.  How are you doing them BQ?  oven or deep fried?

Tea total for this house. Brian has the right idea cant waste beetroot on wine  :lol: crisps just see link below so easy joyfull found it.  :D

What you cant see is the kids hovering to eat them. All off them gone faster than sweets or popcorn.
