I may be misunderstanding your question.

Do you mean what plants could use coffee grounds as a soil amendment, and which plants should not get coffee grounds?

Short answer, most plants can use coffee grounds as a soil amendment. Coffee grounds are acidic, so you can use them on acid-loving plants, like hydrangeas and azaleas. Caffeine is reported to deter or kill snails and slugs, something beneficial to most plants.

If I misunderstood your question, my apologies, and please ask again.

I dump em in my hot bin, I used to put them in my Dalek composter, but they seem to rot down faster in the hotbin
I used to use them as a top dressing on blue berry plants as well
