hope this is right site,but as a person who keeps both ducks & geese would like to hear other members opions on said breeds,have seen on e-bay geese eggs for sale i throught this was early, have other members who keep geese had eggs??

I've never kept geese but heard that they are traditionally said to start laying on Valentines day so it does sound very early. They are even more seasonal layers than ducks and my ducks generally start the 21st of Feb onwards.
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
