Does anyone have any suggestions what vegetables / salad I can grow over winter in a heated greenhouse. the greenhouse will be heated all winter  Thank you

Unless the heat is free it always seems to me an expensive way to grow anything. Bear in mind it's not just heat that plants need but also adequate light levels.

I keep the greenhouse heated over the winter as i have a lot of seeds been started over winter for the start of the next year and I also have a grow light.

Due to the increasing costs of heating the greenhouse I suspend any growing November - February. Artificial light is also needed to get any worthwhile growth. Even winter salad crops don't grow much during this period and therefore become uneconomic.

corn salad, rocket, chard and endive/parella give worthwhile winter crops even in a cold greenhouse, as long as it's not in a shady shot.

You should therefore have success with the less hardy winter salads. Lettuce will germinate at quite low temperatures, so a little heat will speed things up
