I planted out some F1 spinach early in the year and it grew well giving me lots of both nice small leaves and big ones too, i then left it alone for a bit and it just seems to have grown tall with more narrow looking leaves now? and doesnt seem to be the deep green colour it was before. Any ideas

It's bolting (running to seed) because of the hot weather........start some more once it cools down a bit
