dried pumpkin rings

storing pumpkin is limited but heres and american indian way i found on my life site .

slice the pumpkin into 1/2 inch rings take all seeds n mush out leaving the pulp intact .now dry them on a window sill or a very low oven
store in a plastic box .and use in stews soups or puddings
