I want to know how on earth you can have a jam without sugar? Anyone seen this in the supermarket? It's a new range, made using a secret recipe. Just fruit apparently...
Intrigued. Any ideas how it's done?

I suppose it's thickened with xanthan gum, or something like it, and uses sweeteners instead of sugar......and lots of preservatives  or it will only keep for a few days in the fridge.
Don't think i fancy that.....would love to see the contents label

Think I will buy a jar and try it. I've been pondering how to produce a healthy jam for ages. Younger buyers and diabetics are certainly going to prefer it! This kid (only a teenager) has got it in all the supermarkets and won young entrepreneur awards galore!
