Title: Weed I.D
Post by: leeky on March 24, 2007, 21:51: I have tried to find this particular weed on google etc to no avail.

Its roots are thin and stringy and clump together. the leaves are green :? quite narrow and have thin whitish/green lines running the length of the leaf from the base to the end. It is quite flat and they grow out from the centre like a star. i havent seen one more than say 6 inches in diameter.

any ideas folks? these things are all over my plot, but thankfully are easy to sift out while digging.

i'll tell you what it reminds me of and thats an aloe-vera plant the way the leaves come out the centre.

no flower Dan. just the leaves there. big one is the plan view... the top left is the side profile with the roots hanging. good job i didnt bust out my AutoCad2006 on you lot :lol: :lol:
