[Beetroot queen]

We mixed up all the squash and growing some ones we havent tried before so clueless.
This one had started to split is it a spagetti squash  ?

If you had some in amongst your seeds I'd say they look likely to be spaghetti squash.
You will know for sure when you open it up!

We have in pumpkins, butternut, spagetti and harlequins, never grown the last two before.

Need to look up what to do with it now

       It looks like spaghetti squash to me .

      I grew it last year ,had about 30 squash from 5 plants .

      You can either boil it for twenty minutes ,or in the microwave for 10 minutes .

     When you scoop out the inside it comes out like spaghetti strands ,hence the name

Looks like a spaghetti squash, but the inside doesn't look like spaghetti until it's cooked.

Really looking forward to giving it a go, thanks for the link Bob the plants are in the wrong place but hubby just said its a squash and thats a squash bed  there is another to pick today so maybe i'll do them up tomorrow with bolognaise.

A bit O/T, but how long can you store spagetti  squash for? Thinking of using for spag bol in the winter as a low carb alternative. Currently using courgette sliced up into strips.

I should think the late picked ones would last into December, as marrows will if you make sure they get a hard skin, and store them frostfree, but not too warm on the other extreme
