Really easy question.
How old are hens when they become point of lay?

approximately 16 weeks. however this probably is breed and condition dependent.

My hens were supposedly POL when I got them. They were probably only about 12 weeks in actual fact. It took another 12 weeks before I got any eggs :roll:

I'll go with Aunt Sally on this one 24 weeks is about the time my "day olds" came into lay. But will also depend on the length of day light and breed.
