Really easy question.

How old are hens when they become point of lay?

Cheers

approximately 16 weeks. however this probably is breed and condition dependent.

My hens were supposedly POL when I got them.  They were probably only about 12 weeks in actual fact.  It took another 12 weeks before I got any eggs

I'll go with Aunt Sally on this one 24 weeks is about the time my "day olds" came into lay. But will also depend on the length of day light and breed.
