I have a serious amount of CBA today but not single CBA meal left. It's not exactly pasta and pesto weather but that's what it's looking like.

I have mash and chicken, probably to go with mixed veg and spoonstanding. Beans and mushy as a nuked backup and there's a bit of apple crumble left.

mmmmm pie  :tongue2:

Cottage pie, mixed veg and spoonstanding - extra effort to be made so there's enough for tomorrow.

It's been stupidly hectic for the last couple of weeks but I am getting home for a proper tea tonight  :D

Soddages roasted in the oven with one of my giant homegrown onions sliced and dotted in and around them for company, plot spuds, and squash, plus a freezer dive/shop visit something green to go on the plate.  Planning on plenty of spoonstanding as well  :)

Leftovers - I need to use up some apples today too, they've started to develop a nasty petrol like taste like last year :(  The jonagold tree is probably my most attractive espalier but the apples aren't particularly useful, I can see it getting the chop this winter.
