Newbie chicken keeper
« on: October 08, 2011, 17:19 »
Hi

We are very new to chicken keeping as just over 5 weeks ago we successfully hatched 3 chicks, Welsummer, Buff Sussex and a Gold Partridge Pekin.

They have been living very happily in a brooder in our lounge ever since!! It looks as if the welsummer and Sussex are roo's which we wont be able to keep :o( I will get some photos up as soon as I can.

We are looking forward to gaining more knowledge from you all

Hello Dizzee,

There is a wealth of info here, and I've found everyone to be extremely helpful and supportive if you ever have a problem.

Good luck!
Bex
