I'm seriously thinking about putting one last hatch in the incubator... but this time using my own eggs :D

My LS boy is fairly, ahem, active, and I think that LS x NN would make a nice cross both for eggs and for meat (any boys).  Plus, any girls hatching now would be POL by Christmas, so I could either end up with winter eggs, or nice mature POLs in spring.

What do you think?

No harm in at least testing fertility, right?

Just to check everything is working ok of course  ;) :lol:.
You may not get eggs though from the hens until the spring - my ones that hatched about that time hung on until April  :(
