great pic, should reasure anyone worrying about their hens and the cold, also explains as i've posted before, how some of my uncles hens come down from the trees, with a frosty covering. His main concern is that mr fox is not there waiting for them.

That is a great photo - I'll stop worrying quite as much, well, about them keeping warm anyway.  I'm sure I can keep finding plenty of other things to worry about with them though!
