ive just got a new plot,over grown at top end ,i think i have rhubarb going at the bottom which is pretty clear and flat,but bit weedy.its just sproting up one side and is the pink rhubarb,but on the other side it looks like orange rhubarb,with v dark green leaves ,the leaves look the same as the pink rhubarb leaves.Tried to look on the internet,but had no luck so far.any ideas please???

i looked it up,,,im not sure,thought it was more orange,looks pretty like it,
i will take a pic sat'day and post it,how do i put a pic on here???
i understand chad is like spinach ??
i have a lot to learn ,,but very willing.

Stir fry the stalks with honey and balsamic vinegar, otherwise they are bl**dy awful. :lol:
Oven bake the chopped wilted leaves in cheese sauce.

I generally steam them (but then again I steam most veg :) )
The leaves are a bit like spinach, but the stalks are pretty tasteless IMHO. I'm sure others will have different opinions though, and I would be interested to hear of any tasty recipes using the stalks.

not sure i wanna keep them now,,,,,i always steam veg,might dig them up seems a shame though
