I should start calling my recipe "birdseed loaf" because it sure is full of seeds!  My pantry is full of cannisters of organic seeds (I'm a member of an organic co-op so can get them cheap [cheep] in bulk).

Good bread doesn't have much salt in it.  Just a teaspoon or less in a large loaf.  It helps the bread to rise properly and achieve a good texture.
