Got my electric down to £12.00pm, the fridge and freezer are the ony major uses now.
Do sava plugs work? please

I think John (site owner) says they do - not sure where on the main site you'd locate his diary article about it unless you use the search facility though

But they're not cheap so cost-benefit analysis might depend on how many fridges / freezers you have, their age, and energy rating.  Also how full you keep them.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

We use Sava plugs and I think they do make a bit of difference.  These days fridges and freezers are as economical as possible and don't use much electric anyway but, every penny counts.

The fridge is less than 5 years old, but I've had the freezer for a while I'll try that first.

Having the scientific mind of a goldfish (me) it would be interesting if one of the boffins on here could explain how Sava plugs work.  It would add to my knowledge of the world. :wub:

Seems to me that site is for verbal punchups, because unless I missed something it still doesn't explain how the plugs are supposed to work, also if they were a scam surely by now the OFT would have caught up with them.
