My sister visited a garden yesterday & took this photo to ask me, but I don’t know what it is, can you help please( then I can get one too as it’s very pretty lol)

It certainly is very pretty, and I have just looked it up. Would it be suitable for a container, and if so what type of soil etc ? Mrs Bouquet
