Just made this yrs blackcurrant jam from the recipe section, cant wait till later to try.

Got 3 jars this yr from my 3 yr old bush only got 2 last yr. hope i get 4 next yr  :D

I follow the recipe from the recipe section from this site , so easy, i do simmer the currants for 20 mins before hand tho to make sure they tender.

Oh and i hate topping and tailing them anyone have any wonder tool? lol

I hate the seeds so I always put the lot through a strainer and make jelly. Solves the topping and tailing problem.
