Title: courgette chutney
Post by: noshed on July 18, 2006, 15:32
The recipe on the site doesn't say how much sugar to use. Anyone got a favourite recipe? (Went on holiday for a week and came back to courgette city). But I do like chutney.

I've made it - but I did have to cook it for a bit longer to get it to go thick. Smelt good, so just have to wait for it to mature.
