I have an old Honda  can anybody recommend a place o get a new belt for it please

Depends on the model, there are lots of different types of Honda Tillers and they will use different belts, also just because the engine is Honda does not mean the Tiller is, as lots of other makers of Tillers use Honda engines. If it is a Honda Tiller and you know the model, any local Honda garden machinery dealer should have the belt.

Hello have you a photo of the Honda rotavator it might be easier to identify the machine then find a belt    jezza
