OH is looking for a Kohler 141 engine so he can renovate his Howard 300, does anyone know where we can get one please?

Preferably without taking out a second mortgage!!!

whats the problem with it annie ive got the full engine manual for the k141 if thats any help.
ive seen plenty of these with a honda gx fitted,getting a kohler could be hard,you can still get plenty of bits for them.

Thanks you two, the problem with it is Shaun, it hasn't got one!!!!

But we are watching the one on Ebay, will probably go for too much, as does most things I have my eye on!!!

Brian has all the other bits for it, including the orange paint and original stickers, but he wants to put it back to its original state, not put a honda engine in.

you can fit a variety of other engines to it ,look for a viliers one if needed or honda .not sure if a briigs n stratton  10 hp wil fit?

thats a £300 machine id reckon .... try searching for a price on a new /second user  briggs n stratton engine nana. i know my unit m1 is only about £100

IF he ever gets it done (and it's a big IF!!!) he wants to put a Kohler on it as he said that's what it had originally.  

And it definitely won't be painted blue!!!!!

You could try looking for a hayter condor mower,they have a kohler engine and early ones go quite cheap.
