Katsu curry as I found some Japanese curry roux I bought ages ago lurking in the cupboard.  Basically breaded pork cutlet served over rice with a thick vegetable curry.

It was pretty good, if I say so myself  :)

My veg tray bake was lovely and I always make enough for 2 days.  Tonight it will be cold, which I prefer, with a sausage roll.

Roast chicken dinner we were supposed to have yesterday.

I had to work unexpectedly, so we got a chuck it in the oven dinner that I grabbed and brought home with me of pretend KFC chicken and chunky chips.  Then I made a big effort and opened the bagged salad and coleslaw that was also part of my shopping

Kebabs from the local charcoal grill because "can't be bothered" and I was late home from work.

They were yummo!

And CHIPS!
