Francis is a bit scarey, only got one eye or is this his better profile?

Waffles has only one eye. She lost it in an agrument with a vehicle. And no, she's not scary, she is quite, quite beautiful. She's my girl.  :tongue2: :tongue2: :tongue2: :tongue2: :tongue2: :tongue2:  ;) :)

In the argument with a vehicle she lost an eye (eventually), jaw out of whack, skull fracture, broken ribs, pelvis fractured in four places so it was completely detached from the spinal column and had open fracture of the femur (now with metal rod in it keeping it together). She's quite a cat, as she has 'nursed' me through a chronic illness that had me virtually bedridden for best part of a year, and still is a mighty huntress of rodents despite having only one eye, and only one fang (she's an elderly lady now). She climbs tress with the best of them and has been knwon to scale a 2m high fence with a rabbit in her jaws.

Francis is a stray taken in that took over a year to get back to full health. He's a sweetie, also now an elderly cat. Very much his daddy's cat and he loves hens. He guards 'his' hens in the garden when The Laydeez are free-ranging and he has been known to nap in the henhouse straw.. the hens don't mind him at all. A vet wanted us to euthanise Francis several years ago, on the grounds that Francis was in acute renal failure and was not going to last more than a couple of days. That was several years ago and Francis is still with us, hale and hearty, and does not require any medication.

Marble is a feral rescue (also now elderly) who is terrified of the hens. He's my 'bad cat' as he's usually where he's not supposed to be and can send a fax...

The robin is just brave or foolhardy  :D

They are all very lucky to have you as their mummy and I agree Waffles is a beauty.  :)

I have three doggies all rescue ones and the love I get from them brings a tear to my eye sometimes.

:D Well it's either a very long-lived robin, or the skill is passed down the generations as I've had a robing doing that for three years!

Wow Photoboy... you can keep photos like those coming all day!!!! :)

What beautiful cats you have and very well photographed!

I never tire of looking at cat (& ducks, chooks and everything else) photos! ;)
Snappy

No amount of time can erase the memory of a good cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch.

I could give up chocolate but I'm not a quitter.
