Title: automatic chicken door system - any bright and cheap ideas?

Yes I know - don't be so lazy - get up and enjoy the chickens and all that.  

Well I would love to but my chickens live at my work place and so I wondered if there was a way to get the door to open and closed on the cheap at dusk/dawn.  

I know you can get a device that's between £100-200 but that's not in my price bracket so any bright ideas guys?  If not we shall carry on regardless!
