Hi folks
I have very little experience with wine making but would like to give it a go and have recently discovered in the depths of a cupboard (about 3lb in weight) some partly fermented figs  any chance i could add liquid and any other suggested ingredients to help turn them into a passable wine
Cheers in anticipation

Thank you arnfields
I shall give it a try but guess I will have to wait several months to give any feedback :)

You're very welcome! Used to make a fair bit of 'country wine' but not had time this year, perhaps you could try a 'tin' of something (Wilkinsons stock them) in the meantime, they only take a couple of weeks. Would be ready to err..test? over the festive period!
Happy fermenting! ;)
