I've got some summer cabbages that will be coming out of the ground reasonably soon, is that anything i should/could be starting off in pots now to transplant in when the space free's up?  i was thinking Spring Cabbages but will they be ok in soil i've just pulled cabbages out of, or are there any better options?

Don't start any cabbages indoors, it's too warm for them.

There's been quite a few threads recently about rotation, though can't remember whether cabbages after cabbages was ok.  Might be worth a search?
