VegGirl7 - they do grow up to be little monsters and I, too, love them soooo much :)

Pamela - I shall keep the grey one especially for you ;). I might keep one, although three have marvellous and loving homes already. I am very lucky regarding this :)

Joyfull - ginger tabby sounds gorgeous :)

Dawnuss - I want them all too :)

Thrift - they already provided hours of entertainment today :). I can watch and marvel at them for ages, although for now they just eat and wriggle ;). Bella is a perfect mummy... I am very proud of her :D

Snowdrops - you are welcome anytime :)

Auntiemogs - they are very adorable and I can see me doing nothing much but watching them... :)

They are sooo cute, aren't they? ;)

Bella is feeding them almost all the time and they are getting so much bigger, at 3 days old you can really see the difference! :)

ANHBUC... I cannot wait to see the chick photos, I have seen once chicks hatch and it was a magnificent experience :).

Hehehehehe... just looked at the photos again. I love the way they come out with ready made claws, and the teensy white tip on the second ones tail is just to die for.

But, do you know what struck me... check out the sex of the kitties who are yelling, demanding something. And that's not a sexist remark cos I'm female - just struck me as really funny.  :D

Post by: Dora5 on April 08, 2012, 23:48
I will post some tomorrow... I promise :).

I know about the female/male thing as last time I had kittens, I named the pain in the neck, Diablo (thinking it was the boy) and the girl, Angelica... I soon found out that it was the other way round... :D

Hi shetan, It is the black kitty:). I did not post it so you are not a dolt ;).
I had kittens before and as I have 2 dogs they all were well integrated before they left for their new homes :).

Indeed it is, that's our Bonnie lab, re-homed six years ago, nine years old now and getting very grey, but still fit and healthy. We are blessed to have been allowed to take her into our care (soppy or what?)

This is her doing her fostering bit, when we got Bella from rescue nearly three years ago.

Hello Again Tosca...
Bonnie is beautiful and so is Bella :).
It is lovely of you to have given her a forever home :). Bella is such a cute baby doggy :) and lucky to have companion in Bonnie.
And yes... the owners are sooo lucky to have such beautiful 'inside and out' labs ;).

(Poppy is snoring next to the sofa as she is forever loyal and does not usually leave your side :) and Maya likes her space so she went to her room, that is my study taken over by the dogs at night ;) ).

someone dumped a pair of kitties over the park fence opposite our house (aylestone park) as she walked by. i was busy tutting her for littering in broad daylight when the bag started to mew!

they were gorgeous black girls with tabby markings. i would have kept them but they hated the dogs and when i did bring them downstairs they would just sit on top of the sofa (or hubby's head) and spit at the boys.

didn't feel fair on the boys and unhealthy for the little ones to get so stressed out so when the vet nurse asked if she could have them, i rehomed the troublesome duo :)

still miss them though....

Just about now Thrift :). This weekend they had their first milk from a bowl but still not very much interested... I hope they will be soon as mum has had enough of feeding them, I think... They have very round tummys so she is still doing a good job at feeding them well... ;)

Springlands, they all just looked up when I started taking photos... they are sooo inquisitive at that age.
Thrift, I wish I could keep them all :) and I am enjoying every moment as only 4 more weeks left with the little angels...
Tosca, they are perfect and everything they do is sooo cute. When Bella brought them to the lounge for the first time at the weekend, they hid behind the sofa for most of the day on Saturday and Sunday and Monday... By yesterday they are running around, play fighting, cleaning but still so clumsy :D and lovable ;).

I changed the post name to Bella's kittens, I hope it's OK :).
