Had a little furtle last night and my garlic resembles a spring onion at the moment. Is this ok , will they bulb up?

they don't start to bulb up until about a month before they are ready, and it's only April!
Leave them to do their growing.........still plenty of time

I used some green garlic for a chilli last night. Amazingly strong taste!
