egg boxes

Can any one tell me the cheapest place to buy egg boxes. I now have 6 hens laying and would like to sell some to neighbours but feel I need the boxes.

I store mine in the eggs trays that you can get from most cafes for free.  They hold about 30 eggs.  People who want to buy will often bring their own boxes.  Also - ask for them on freecycel as well.

But if you end up buying them, there's a lady on ebay does them at not a bad price, and I used to get mine from Ascott Country Store.  I think its ascott.biz.uk

Ask in grocery shops, ones that sell loose eggs themselves, mine sold me some boxes for 5p each.  They offered me the egg trays for free x

you can ask your neighbours to bring their own to refill, but if you're selling otherwise, you have to sell them in new boxes.
i get mine from flytesofancy, because they do multi-coloured packs.
