Title: Bottling fruit in juice
Post by: Mama Cash on March 06, 2012, 07:30
Hi Can anyone tell me if I can bottle fruit using fruit juice instead of syrup?  I am starting an allotment this year and would like to use bottling as well as freezing for some of my fruit and veg but would really like to know if it is possible to avoid syrup in preserving the fruit.

Brilliant, thank you - have saved instructions and hope I can still find them when the fruit is ready!  This didn't come up when I googled it so you must have a magic touch.
