Yes definitely need help with this, especially after laying awake all night twisting it around 
 Bald Bandit    7 and 8.    I know there is a childrens book about a bald bandit, but I cannot see a connection there.     Mrs B

I can only think that maybe the second word is pinscher - but I can't tie in the "bald" bit.

Whippet was the answer to another question,which was, How to thicken Cream. Pinscher.,   answer clue was, Often Found in Court

I did think about Mexican Hairless, like The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and the magnificent seven.  Yul Brynner was in my mind, that all involved a lot of Banditos.   So that will be my answer.  Thank you.
