hi all. i am a little confused and was hoping for a little help. i am in my second year of allotmenting and i seem to be picking bits and bobs up such as  i need to rotatate my crops i have sorted a plan that will give me four years rotation. i have nearly all my plot planted and this is where i hit a problem my turnips are ready for coming out and i would like to plant brassica again if i plant in my spare bit of plot it messes my rotation up so i was wondering if i could plant them in the same place as the plot would then get four years to recover or is not it worth the risk ie clubroot. i have asked about my allotment and usualy all the advice is very good but this time it is conflicting any help would be greatly apprciated.

There is a good reason for crop rotation, however it is not set in stone.  I think you could get away with it now and then.  Get them brassicas in.     Cheers,   Tony.

I agree.... go for it!

Sometimes you can't avoid it..... and once in a while shouldn't cause problems.
