Oven Drying Tomatoes

As you can probably guess I have a really good tom crop.I have just started to oven dry some in an electric frypan any advice would be welcome

I'm not sure how your timings will differ from using a pan instead of the oven, but I would normally halve the tomatoes and sprinkle a bit of sea salt, pepper and garlic on the cut surfaces. Very tasty.  :)

I have got the pan at 150F.I am using Rio Grande toms which is an Italian Plum.I have cut them in half taken out the core but I have left the skins and seeds.I made a dry mix of Mixed spice,garlic and a South Africam mix used for making biltong (dried meat).I intend to put them in olive oil to keep them.
