just ginger jam

hi all , has any one got a recipe for ginger jam , Ive scoured the Internet but they always have apple or courgette which i am trying , but we love ginger jam and was hoping some one may have a recipe for this please .

i just tried the courgette and ginger jam , i just made half the recipe to see if i like it and i do its lovely and a great way to use up the glut of courgettes that is inevitable .
Ive already passed on the recipe to some friends here , you would never know there was courgette in it .
