Today we went to see another papillon who was looking for a new home. She was such a little sweetie pie and in a not very nice place that we couldn't say no.

So meet our new little girl. We are still not sure what to name her as she doesn't seem to respond to anything yet even her given name of Lee which we don't think suits her.

Hi Lizzie, Jake seems ok so far. The usual bark but nothing nasty. She is quite independant and has settled very quickly.

Will try various names over the next few days and see what she settles on.

She needs a big visit to the vets to be spayed, microchipped, vacinated and a dental so probably won't like us for a day or two

Will have to bring her to see you in a week or two.

Ellie has been with us for less than 2 weeks and she is a little dream, she still needs work at the vets but in all she seems quiet healthy.

For those that know Jake, this is a picture I never thought I would see.

Totally different characters, Jake is a real livewire but quite clingy, thats why we got Ellie to see if it would make him less so. She on the other hand is quiet but adventurous. We have a large garden surrounded by farmland and she is enjoying the space after being shut in a cage most of her life.

I bet she's enjoying the space after her previous life, poor baby.  No dog should have to suffer that
