I just want to thank everyone for their advice. I am so looking forward to getting my birds. I have found a local lady who will let me go and look at her birds and will give me advice on each one, she had 7/8 difference types.
I will keep you updated what i get.  The Coop has arrived... just want to get the area perfect and get everything inplace. :D

Good on you for doing your research and having everything prepared first. I'm sure chicken-keeping will be happy and fulfilling for you as a result.

Sounds like you have found the ideal source of information in the 'local lady' with all those breeds.  There's nothing quite like meeting the adult birds - you just can't prepare yourself by looking at pictures!
