RIP Treacle

   My lovely little naked neck Treacle has died. She was rejected by her mum so my neighbour gave her to me. As she got bigger I realised that she was quite deformed. Her back was lopsided and she was quite a strange shape. :? She was such a friendly chook having been hand reared from 1 day old but I think her deformity was the cause of her death. Mummy hen obviously new best.
RIP little Treacle

Sorry for your loss. When we lost two of our favourites (ex batts) we felt happy that we had given them freedom even for a short space of time, and we planted some lavender to remember them by. (Ok, yes I am seriously sad)
Happiest in the countryside.
Breathe deeply, and let the butterflies fly in formation!
