Not sure about bulbs - I'm sure others will have ideas.

But if you're up for sowing some seeds, sweet peas can be started off now.  Most other seeds might need to wait until it's a little later in the year.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

why don't you try growing Asters [seed] or dahlias [seed] helichrysum [seed] that's 3 types of cut flowers you could try

Not bulbs, but gladioli, dahlias & chrysanthemums  are traditionally grown on allotments for cutting, still a bit early to be planting them though, some seeds could be sown now of marigolds. My minds gone blank, but just look at a place selling seeds to see what will flower the same year. Sunflowers make good cut flowers, godetia, lavatera. I’ll add more if I think of any.
Bulbs like daffs & tulips need going in in the autumn. I have a few perennials in a bed at the plot for picking., crocosmia, sedum,Japanese anemones.

Zinnias are good for cutting, grown from seed.  Amaranthus also from seed is a good filler in bunches of flowers, and comes in a range of colours. I agree with everyone about dahlias, they go on forever, and provide masses of cut flowers for weeks, either from seed or tubers.

Don't be tempted to buy Nerine bulbs, they look lovely growing and give a good late show, but I have tried to cut them  and they do not like indoor vases or flower arrangements.  Good luck, Mrs Bouquet
