How do I grow cabage seelings in large cell trays?

Hi all...

Myprevious attempto growsome cabbage seadlings in cell trays failed because i kept them in doors and they got too hot. (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=42024.msg495205#msg495205)

So what is the best way to grow cabbage seadlings?... (I don't have a seed bed avalible)
