« on: August 11, 2008, 13:11 »
hi all, a bit of advice needed!! i swapped some courgettes!! for some figs with my neighbours, and they said how lovely they were stewed, cut in 1/4s bit of water and sugar and cook in saucepan! sounds lovely but i was too embarassed to ask if the figs needed peeling etc 1st or do i just wash them, chop and stew?
any help would be smashing, thanks!
