hello everyone, i have 3 various sized water barrels which have been full for a couple of years, they also amazingly have been completely frozen. What i need help with is it still safe to use on my veg and fruit bushes or should I drain them out and then clean them for a new start?

iwould mt them and clean them out i wouldnt want  that water on my veg it must be stinking when you mt  it.

I would have no problem using the water,after all we do put manure on the plot and make a liquid feed from rotting comfry, nettles, sheep manure etc in barrels of water so I can't see any difference!
