goosberrys falling off

hi all my lottie neghbours three goosberry bushes are droping there fruit my 5 bushes are about 30 feet from his and mine are fine what could be happening to his, nice green folige no sawfly plenty of new growth ?

Probably lack of water Alan. Some plants drop excess fruit, if water is in short supply.

My fallen gooseberries are due to flying rats, (pigeons), perhaps some have taken a shine to your neighours!!!!!!

posibbly water shortage defenatly not pigeons net protection on bushes?

Seconding water shortage. My little gooseberry bush (it's first year) dropped some of it's berries when we had to be away for while a couple of weeks ago. The remaining goosegogs seem to be hanging on ok now we've got back to giving them a regular drink
