Title: B&Q heated propagators Recall Notice

Also posted in GYO by bazh!

in B & Q yesterday and there was a notice that the verve heated propagators were being recalled due to them over heating. They advice to stop using them straight away.

I'd read this thread - but just noticed a post by grinling on the chat thread that the 42" is also recalled - thanks grinling as I hadn't known that. Thanks all for posting original alert and my 42 will be going back to the shop

Thanks for the warning on this, I bought one of these....

I planted some pepper, tomato & geranium seeds in it last night.  All of our house is pretty chilly at the moment (only about 11-15°C) so I thought they could do with the extra heat (although it's nice and sunny at the moment so the conservatory should warm up a bit).  I'm actually quite sad at having to return it  :(
