I think this is probably a really daft question, but I will ask it anyway :ohmy:

I found that OH didn't plant all the onion sets we bought.

Would it be OK to cook them like shallots?

Don't see why not, they are but small onions after all!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

That was my intial thought, but I thought I would ask to see if anyone might have done it.

Will give it a try in a sausage casserole tomorrow,
I do hate to waste anything.

Be careful, sometimes they are dusted with an antifungicide like flowers of sulphor. :nowink:
